一种基于Solidworks的河流水流流量流速的监测装置的研究

【摘要】 针对河流水量水速监测设备中测载装置在外力作用下左右晃动导致测试不准确的问题,改进设计方法。基于Solidworks的三维虚拟现实设计替代了原来的二维CAD设计。将传感器固定装置、船体固定装置进行一体化三维虚拟现实设计及滚塑一次性成形加工生产模式,设计并加工生产了一套测载相互独立的河流水速水量监测装置。该装置经Solidworks模拟测试,可以实现传感器在外力作用下始终保持在同一垂线上,可以保证所监测的水速水量数值准确。并采用该装置在某河流中进行长期实时监测,所测得的水速、水量及流量正确,且长期应用过程中,传感器与测载装置未挂垃圾。该装置测试数据准确可靠、简单易拆卸、性价比高、易批量化产量化生产并广泛应用。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of inaccurate measurement caused by the load measuring device shaking left and right under the action of external force, the design method is improved.The 3 D virtual reality design based on Solidworks replaces the original 2 D CAD design. The sensor fixing device and hull fixing device are integrated into three-dimensional virtual reality design and rotational molding one-time forming production mode. A set of river water speed and water monitoring device with independent measurement load is designed and manufactured. The device has been simulated and tested by Solidworks. The sensor can always be kept on the same vertical line under the action of external force, and the value of water velocity and water quantity monitored can be guaranteed to be accurate. The device is used for long-term real-time monitoring in a river. The measured water velocity, water quantity and flow rate are correct. And in the long-term application process, there is no garbage hanging on the sensor and load measuring device. The test data of the device is accurate, reliable, easy to disassemble, cost-effective, easy to batch production and widely used.
