【摘要】 目的:探讨整合式短程心理咨询对婚姻家庭问题困惑来电者短期效果的影响。方法:选择2019年1月至2020年12月因婚姻家庭问题困惑拨打南宁心理援助热线0771-3290001寻求心理咨询和帮助的来电者200例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组100例。对照组给予常规的心理咨询技术,研究组采取整合式短程心理咨询进行心理干预,分首次来电时、来电后24小时及一周后电话随访三个阶段进行干预,采用热线系统自带的《抑郁症诊断筛查量表》评估来电者的情绪状态、《Olson婚姻质量问卷》评估来电者的婚姻质量,比较干预前后抑郁程度、婚姻质量的变化。结果:干预一周后,来电者的抑郁程度均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),婚姻质量得到明显的改善。结论:将整合式短程心理咨询运用到婚姻家庭问题困惑来电者干预中,能在较短时间内降低来电者抑郁程度和帮助提高婚姻质量,有利于促进来电者恢复心理平衡,促进自我成长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the short-term effect of integrated short-term psychological counseling on confused callers with marriage and family problems. Methods: 200 callers who called Nanning psychological assistance hotline 0771-3290001 for psychological counseling and help due to marriage and family problems from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine psychological counseling technology, and the study group took integrated short-term psychological counseling for psychological intervention, which was divided into three stages: the first call,24 hours after the call and one week after the call. The emotional state of the caller was evaluated by the “Depression Diagnosis and Screening Scale” and the marital quality of the caller was evaluated by “Olson Marital Quality Questionnaire”. The changes of depression and marriage quality before and after intervention were compared. Results: After one week of intervention, the degree of depression of callers decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the marriage quality was significantly improved. Conclusion:The application of integrated short-term psychological counseling to the intervention of confused callers with marriage and family problems can reduce the degree of depression of callers in a short time and help improve the marriage quality, which is conducive to promoting callers to restore psychological balance and promote self-growth.更多还原
