【摘要】 目的:梳理2019年广西城乡医疗救助收支情况,为完善广西城乡医疗救助体系提供参考。方法:运用统计软件对广西医疗救助基金收支数据进行处理与分析。结果:2019年,14地市城乡医疗救助基金财政总收入占99.41%,滚存结余均超当年总收入的15%;用于资助参保支出占总支出36.03%,住院救助支出占61.64%,门诊救助支出占2.33%;资助参保率达72.62%。结论:城乡医疗救助基金筹资渠道单一,各市滚存结余过多,医疗救助基金未得到有效利用,救助政策仍需完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To sort out the income and expenditure of Guangxi’s urban and rural medical assistance in 2019, and provide a reference for improving the urban and rural medical assistance system in Guangxi. Methods: Use statistical software to process and analyze the income and expenditure data of Guangxi medical assistance fund. Results: In 2019, the total financial income of the urban and rural medical assistance funds in 14 cities accounted for 99.41%, and the rollover balance exceeded 15% of the total income of the year; the expenditures for subsidizing insurance accounted for 36.03% of the total expenditures, hospitalization assistance expenditures accounted for 61.64%, and outpatient assistance expenses accounted for 2.33%; subsidized participation rate reached 72.62%. Conclusion: The financing channels for urban and rural medical aid funds are simple, and the accumulated surplus in each city is too large. The medical aid funds have not been effectively used, and the aid policies still need to be improved.更多还原
