【Abstract】 The "two-track in one" training mode of postgraduate training of master’s degree in clinical medicine and standardized training of residents is an effective way to train high-quality clinical medical talents in China. After years of practice and exploration, Guangxi Medical University has made certain achievements, but also encountered some problems and challenges. This paper summarizes the problems encountered in the training process of "two-track in one" of clinical medicine master degree training and resident standardized training, and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions.更多还原
