【摘要】 人才培养方案是实现人才培养目标和培养规格的总纲领,是进行人才培养的基本依据。根据师范专业认证的要求,对学前教育专业的人才培养方案进行优化,在践行新的人才培养方案过程中,梳理经验,构建了"养师德-夯基础-强技能-促就业"四段式智慧型教师养成模式,凝练出学前教育专业的培养特色,并就人才培养过程探讨尚需要进一步完善的环节,旨在将"学生中心,产出导向,持续改进"的认证理念进一步落地,促进专业的内涵建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the Teachers’ Professional Certification,it is necessary to optimize the Preschool Education’s training program.In this process,the four-stage model for promoting the pre-service teachers’ quality had been constructed:cultivating morality,reinforcing foundation,practising skills,Preparing for employments.And then the further improvements were discussed,including the degree of training program goals,and the integration between the general-knowledge courses and the specialized courses.All of these would facilitate the goal of Teachers’ Professional Certification implementation.更多还原
