地方农业院校农业水利工程专业实践教学改革研究与实践——以江西农业大学为例
【摘要】 如何构建完备的实践课程体系与实践教学模式,以满足重工程实践、懂技术、强能力的卓越工程人才培养要求,是当前地方农业院校农业水利工程专业人才培养亟需解决的现实问题。以江西农业大学为例,基于“卓越工程师教育培养计划”视角,修订了《农业水利工程专业人才培养方案》,构建了以通识教育为基础,农业水利工程专业课程为核心,兼顾农学和生态学为特征的课程体系;以课程实验为基础,课程实习、课程设计和毕业设计(论文)为主线,以野外考察、社会实践、工程训练和科技研发等为拓展,以科技创新训练项目为载体,社会服务项目为纽带,构建了“三层次、七模块”前后衔接的实践教学体系;提高了学生的工程思辨能力和创新实践能力,解决了学生专业实践能力弱、社会适应性差等与社会需求脱节的问题,为地方农业院校农业水利工程专业人才培养提供了参考依据。
【Abstract】 How to construct a perfect practical curriculum system and practical teaching mode to meet the requirements of ’Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program’, is a realistic problem that needs to be solved urgently in talent training process of agricultural water conservancy engineering in local agricultural universities. Jiangxi Agricultural University was selected as an example in this study, according to the culture characteristics of ’Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program’, the professional talents training program of agricultural water conservancy engineering was revised. A curriculum system was constructed, which on the basis of general education curriculum, and with specialized courses of agricultural water conservancy engineering as the core, and also taking into account the characteristics of agronomy and ecology. Moreover, a practical teaching system of ’three levels and seven modules’ was constructed, by taking a series of measures. It improves critical thinking abilities of engineering and innovative practical abilities for the students in agricultural water conservancy engineering. Furthermore, graduates’ professional ability were also enhanced. This study provides a reference for the talent training of agricultural water conservancy engineering in local agricultural universities.
