【摘要】 基于江苏省常州市工业用地调查数据、服务设施兴趣点数据,运用熵值法构建常州市产业服务设施配套评价体系,利用空间分析方法探究评价结果。研究表明:(1)常州市产业服务设施配套水平呈现多中心的等级圈层结构、东高西低的空间分异格局,同时表现出显著的聚集态势,高值聚集主要集中在中心城区,低值聚集则分散在全市各地。(2)常州市工业用地规模与服务设施配套水平之间具有较为明显的相关性,随着产业人员、销售收入的不断扩增,产业服务设施配套水平也有一定提升。(3)常州市存在产业服务设施配套水平与产业规模不匹配现象,处于快速发展期的机械器材制造业、设备制造业、医药制造业等产业服务设施配套不足,处于成熟期的纺织业、造纸和印刷记录媒介复制业等产业服务设施配套过剩。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on survey data of industrial land and POI(point of interest) data, this paper adopts the entropy method to build a framework to evaluate supporting facilities of industrial service and integrates several spatial analysis methods to explore the evaluation results. This research takes Changzhou City of Jiangsu Province as a case study, and the obtained results show that:(1) The supporting level of industrial service facilities in Changzhou presents a hierarchical circle structure of multicenter and a spatial differentiation pattern of high in the east and low in the west. Meanwhile it shows a significant tendency of aggregation, high values are mainly gathered in the central urban area and low values are scattered throughout the city．(2) There is an obvious correlation between the scale of industrial land and the supporting level of service facilities in Changzhou. With the continuous expansion of industrial personnel and sales revenue, the supporting level of industrial service facilities has also been improved．(3) There is a mismatch between the supporting level of industrial service facilities and the industrial scale in Changzhou. Some fast-growing industries such as the machinery equipment industry, equipment manufacturing industry, and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry have inadequate service facilities. But some mature industries such as the textile industry, papermaking and printing and record media reproduction industry have a surplus of service facilities.更多还原
