【摘要】 兴奋剂问题始终是阻碍我国竞技体育事业健康发展的"顽疾",而应对国际反兴奋剂专业人才的短缺及相关专业的综合素养与能力不足是当前我国竞技体育反兴奋剂工作亟须解决的问题。我国在反兴奋剂法律制度建设方面先后制定、出台了多项规范性文件,建立了日趋完善的反兴奋剂政策体系,但竞技体育反兴奋剂工作涉及教育学、医学、社会学等众多学科领域,单一的体育学或其他某一学科人才远远不足以胜任这一重任,竞技体育反兴奋剂专业人才亟需展开多学科的融合培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Doping problem has always been a "stubborn disease" that hinders the healthy development of China’s competitive sports. At present, China’s competitive sports anti-doping work is facing a series of problems that need to be solved urgently. It is the top priority to deal with the problems of international anti-doping professionals shortage and their lack of comprehensive quality and ability in related fields. In the construction of the anti-doping legal system, China has formulated and issued a number of normative documents and established an increasingly perfect anti-doping policy system. However, anti-doping of competitive sports involves many fields such as education, medicine and sociology. Therefore, a talent who only engages in physical education or some other fields is far from adequate to this task.
