【摘要】 高校体育保健班学生时常作为体育教学中被忽略的群体,由于其班级构成人员的复杂性和多样性,如何科学、安全、有效地提高保健班学生的体质健康一直是高校体育教学中亟待解决的难题。该文运用文献资料法、调查研究法等科研方法对目前高校体育保健课的教学现状进行调查分析,得出高校应提升对保健班学生体质健康问题的重视,增添专门的康复设施,加强运动监督和康复指导;增加体育教学部门同医院的合作,共同开设医疗康复和体疗康复内容;丰富体育保健课的教学内容和教学方法,激发学生学习和自主进行锻炼的兴趣;加强体育保健班学生的课外辅导和课外体育锻炼,促使学生形成终身体育意识;改进体育保健课的考评方式,合理制定评价指标,重视过程评价。通过对高校体育保健课教学现状的困境进行反思,提出合理的解决方案,为优化高校体育保健课教学提供参考借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Students in physical health classes in colleges and universities are often neglected in physical education.Due to the complexity and diversity of their class composition,how to scientifically,safely and effectively improve the physical health of health class students has always been an urgent issue in college physical education.Using the literature method,investigation and research method and other scientific research methods to investigate and analyze the current teaching status of physical education in colleges and universities,we concluded that colleges and universities should attach importance to the physical health of students in the health care classes,add specialized rehabilitation facilities,and strengthen sports supervision and rehabilitation guidance;increase the cooperation between the physical education department and the hospital to jointly set up medical rehabilitation and physical rehabilitation content;enrich the teaching content and teaching methods of the physical health classes,and stimulate students’ interest in learning and independent exercise;strengthen extracurricular tutoring and extracurricular physical exercises for students in physical health classes,encourage students to form a lifelong awareness of physical education;improve the assessment methods of physical health care classes,reasonably formulate evaluation indicators,and attach importance to process evaluation.By reflecting on the plight of the teaching status of physical health care courses in colleges and universities,reasonable solutions are proposed to provide reference for optimizing the teaching of physical health care courses in colleges and universities.更多还原
