【摘要】 随着体育人才的供需矛盾愈渐明显,体育人才的培养越发受到重视,而传统的培养模式单一、局限,与此同时,联合培养人才渐渐成为改变此现象的重要途径,由此,该文在三圈理论视域下,对京津冀体育院校实施协同培养人才的具体情况进行分析,对其所存在的问题提出相应的对策,进而促使人才培养模式多元化,培养满足社会需求的体育人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the contradiction between supply and demand of sports talents becoming more and more obvious,the training of sports talents has been paid more and more attention.The traditional training mode is single and limited,and the collaborative training of talents has become an important way to change this phenomenon.Therefore,from the perspective of three circles theory,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of collaborative training of talents in sports colleges of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and puts forward countermeasures,so as to promote the diversification of talent training mode and cultivate sports talents to meet the needs of the society.更多还原
