牛巴贝斯虫病诊断技术研究进展

【摘要】 牛巴贝斯虫病是一种寄生于红细胞内的巴贝斯虫所引起的血液原虫病,可导致红细胞裂解从而出现溶血性贫血,严重时可导致牛的死亡。该病的流行情况与其传播媒介硬蜱的消长、活动规律密切相关,具有明显的季节性和地方流行性,对于世界的畜牧业造成了极大的经济损失。因此,能够及早地检测到巴贝斯虫显得尤为重要。论文在查阅国内外文献的基础上,对牛巴贝斯虫病的诊断技术进行了综述,以期为牛巴贝斯虫病的检测及防控提供参考。

【Abstract】 Bovine babesiosis is a intraerythrocytic protozoa disease caused by Babesia.It can cause the lysis of erythrocyte and hemolytic anemia,which can lead to the death of cattle in severe cases.The prevalence of bovine babesiosis is closely related to the fluctuation and activity pattern of hard ticks,which has obvious seasonal and local epidemics.It has caused great economic losses to the world’s animal husbandry.Therefore,it is particularly important to be able to detect Babesia early.This paper reviewed the diagnostic techniques of bovine babesiosis on the basis of consulting domestic and foreign literature.It provided a theoretical basis for the detection,prevention and control of bovine babesiosis.
