车用万能电话号码牌数字化设计与制造

【摘要】 以车用万能电话号码牌为对象,开展了基于3D打印技术的产品结构设计与试制。利用三维软件对车用万能电话号码牌进行结构设计,采用3D打印技术来验证产品的性能及效果,根据试制产品的体验效果,再对产品进行结构优化与制作。实践证明,基于3D打印技术的产品设计与制作,可抛开传统机械制造技术的限制,可天马行空的去构思产品,从而实现设计目标,缩短产品研发与制造时间,降低产品研发与制造成本,从而使部分机械产品抛开传统机械制造方法,探索3D打印技术直接制造产品的可行性。

【Abstract】 Taking the universal telephone number plate for vehicles as the object, the product structure design and trial production based on 3D printing technology have been carried out. The three-dimensional software has been used to design the structure of the universal telephone number plate for vehicle. The 3D printing technology has been adopted to verify the performance and effect of the product, while the structure optimization and manufacture of the product have been conducted according to the experience effect of the trial product. The practice has proved that product design and production based on 3D printing technology can put aside the limitations of traditional mechanical manufacturing technology, and can conceive products freely, so as to achieve design goals, shorten product development and manufacturing time, and reduce product development and manufacturing costs. Thus in this way, some mechanical products abandon traditional mechanical manufacturing methods. The feasibility of 3D printing technology to directly manufacture products has been explored.
