热变形参数对铸态SA508-3钢高温塑性的影响
Influence of Thermal Deformation Parameters on High-temperature Plasticity of As-cast SA508-3 Steel
【摘要】 对铸态SA508-3钢进行热拉伸试验,确定宏观塑性指标与温度和应变速率的定量关系,通过有限元模拟与试验相结合的方法,确定温度、应变速率与临界损伤值的定量关系。研究结果可对评估铸态SA508-3钢的高温塑性提供宏观层面和微观层面的依据。
【Abstract】 The thermal tensile test of as-cast SA508-3 steel has been carried out to determine the quantitative relationship between macroscopic plasticity index and temperature and strain rate. The quantitative relationship between temperature,strain rate and critical damage value has been determined by the combined method of finite element simulation and experiment. The results can be used to evaluate the high-temperature plasticity of as-cast SA508-3 steel at both macro and micro levels.
