【摘要】 学科目录是我国学科设置和研究生培养的重要政策指引,在高等教育事业发展中发挥了重要作用。从1983年学科目录创设以来,历经近40年的发展演变,学科目录结构、各层级学科数量及学科地位不断发生变化,折射出学科目录的功能也在因应高等教育发展与国家高层次人才培养需求进行不断调适。当前,贯彻落实习近平总书记对研究生教育工作作出的重要指示,深入推进学科专业调整,必须坚持高质量发展理念,以构建中国特色学科体系、落实高校办学自主权、促进新兴交叉学科发展为抓手,全面推进以学科目录为核心的学科准入机制的功能转变,进一步调整完善一级学科,实现学科体系建设与国家经济社会发展的同频共振;优化扩充二级学科,实现学科体系建设与高层次复合型人才培养的同向偕行;大力发展交叉学科,实现学科体系建设与国家创新驱动发展的同轴共转。更多还原

【Abstract】 Discipline catalogue plays an important role in the development of higher education,which serves as an important policy guidance for setting up disciplines and cultivating graduate students.For nearly 40 years since the establishment of the discipline catalogue in 1983,the overall structure,number of disciplines at different levels and importance of individual discipline have undergone constant changes.These changes reflect that the functions of the discipline catalogue have to be in line with the needs of developing higher education and cultivating highlevel talents.At present,following the important instructions made by the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Xi Jinping on graduate education,under the background of adjusting the catalogue of disciplines and specialties,it is recommended that we should adhere to the concept of high quality development;direct our efforts to develop a discipline system with Chinese characteristics,implement the autonomy of higher education institutions and encourage the development of emerging cross-disciplines;comprehensively promote the functional transformation of the entry control mechanism with the discipline catalogue as the core;further adjust and improve the first-level disciplines,in order to ensure that the discipline system stay in tune to the national economic and social development.Furthermore,we should optimize and expand the second-level disciplines,to achieve the simultaneous development of building a discipline system and cultivating high-level inter-disciplinary talents.And last but not least,we should encourage the development of inter-disciplines to realize the synchronic advancement of building a discipline system and national development driven by innovation.更多还原
