变风量客车空调系统性能实验研究

【摘要】 针对纯电动客车热泵空调系统制冷与制热性能衰减严重、耗能较高等问题,设计并搭建了一款基于R410A纯电动客车热泵空调系统实验台。该实验研究了变车外风机风量对热泵系统性能的影响。实验结果表明:低压补气制冷工况下:车内风量为100%,车外风量从40%增加到100%时,系统制冷量增加1.45%,COP1上升12.7%,COP2下降19.4%,压缩机功率下降11.1%,排气温度降低11%。制热工况下,系统制热量增加3.2%,COP1上升8.5%,COP2下降27.7%,压缩机功率下降29.5%,车内出风温度降低0.7%。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the serious attenuation of cooling and heating performance and high energy consumption of electric bus heat pump air conditioning system, an experimental platform based on R410 A electric bus heat pump air conditioning system was designed and built.The influence of variable fan volume on the performance of heat pump system was studied.The experimental results show that under the condition of low-pressure supplementary air refrigeration, when the interior air volume is 100% and the exterior air volume increases from 40% to 100%, the system cooling capacity increases by 1.45%, COP1 increases by 12.7%, COP2 decreases by 19.4%, compressor power decreases by 11.1%, and exhaust temperature decreases by 11%.Under the heating condition, the heat produced by the system increases by 3.3%, COP1 increases by 8.5%, COP2 decreases by 27.7%, compressor power decreases by 29.5%, and the air outlet temperature in the vehicle decreases by 0.7%.
