稳态法测量不良导体导热系数实验仪器改进
Improvement of Experimental Instrument for Measuring Thermal Conductivity of Poor Conductor by Steady State Method
【摘要】 通过分析现有稳态平板法测量不良导体导热系数实验仪器的不足,采用外接单片机、温度传感器和无线收发模块等,结合Python语言编程对现有仪器进行了适当的改进。实验表明,改进后的仪器操作便捷,测量结果精确,数据处理过程简单、快速、可视化。
【Abstract】 By analyzing the shortcomings of the existing experimental instrument for measuring the thermal conductivity of poor conductors by the steady state method,the existing instrument is appropriately improved by using the external single chip microcomputer,temperature sensor and wireless transceiver module combined with Python language programming.Experiments show that the improved instrument has the advantages of convenient operation,accurate measurement results,simple,fast and visual data processing process.
