单向玄武岩纤维增强树脂复合材料低温力学性能研究

【摘要】 通过纤维浸渍和缠绕技术制备了单向玄武岩纤维增强树脂(BF/EP)复合材料,并对单向BF/EP复合材料在室温和液氮温度(-196℃)下的拉伸、弯曲和压缩力学性能进行了测试。使用扫描电镜(SEM)对断裂试样进行微观形态分析,阐述在低温下其力学性能变化的机理。结果表明,从室温到液氮温度,单向BF/EP复合材料的拉伸、弯曲和压缩强度分别提高了45%,43.3%和51.5%。这是由于在低温下树脂和玄武岩纤维具有良好的界面相容性。同时,从室温到液氮温度,单向BF/EP复合材料最大拉伸和弯曲应变分别提高了27.3%和182.1%。

【Abstract】 The mechanical properties and fracture behavior of unidirectional basalt fiber reinforced epoxy composites fabricated by using fiber impregnation and winding technology were studied at room temperature and liquid nitrogen, and morphologies of fractured surfaces were performed by the scanning electron microscopy( SEM) to explain the mechanism of mechanical change. The results showed the mechanical properties of BF/EP in terms of the tensile, flexural and compressive strengths increased by 45%, 43. 3% and 51. 5%, respectively, from room temperature to liquid nitrogen. The good compatibility between the basalt fiber and the epoxy resin matrix at liquid nitrogen temperature contributed to the significant improvement of the mechanical properties of the BF/EP composites. Meanwhile, the fracture strain of BF/EP in terms of the tensile and flexural properties increased by 27. 3% and 182. 1%, respectively, from room temperature to liquid nitrogen.
