应用于花斑裸鲤增殖放流效果评价的两种标记方法对比研究

【摘要】 为探讨适应高原鱼类规模化增殖放流效果评价的标记方法,本研究选取黄河上游典型的规模化放流品种花斑裸鲤(Gymnocypris eckloni)为试验对象,对比可见植入荧光标记法和金属线码标记法标记花斑裸鲤的效果。结果显示:可见植入荧光标记的保持率是100%,死亡率3%,金属线码标记的保持率是85%,死亡率17%;单人标记速度可见植入荧光标记法大约是金属线码标记法的3倍;两种方法标记鱼类与未标记鱼类的体长体重均没有显著差异。3年的回捕监测显示,两种标记均可长期保留。鉴于可见植入荧光标记检测方法较金属线码标记保持率高,标记更为快捷,且检出率高,建议对高原鱼类的增殖放流效果评价采用可见植入荧光标记。

【Abstract】 To explore the tagging method for evaluating the effect of large-scale proliferation and release of plateau fish, this study examined the effect of visual implant elastomers(VIE) and coded wire tags(CWT) on the mortality, tag retention and growth of Gymnocypris eckloni,which is a typical large-scale release target in the upper reaches of the Yellow River.Our results showed that the mortality of the experimental fish in VIE group was 3% and 17% in the CWT group.Tag retention in the VIE group was 100% and 85% in the CWT group.Single tagging speed of the VIE group was three times that of the CWT group.There was no significantly different between VIE and CWT tagged and untagged fish on body weight and standard length.Both VIE and CWT tags are suitable for long-term release studies based on 3 years of recapture monitoring.VIE would be advisable to evaluate the effect of proliferation and release of highland fish for conveniently and high effectively.
