并行冗余和高可靠无缝环网冗余技术在智能变电站中的应用

【摘要】 本文分析总结了智能变电站内部网络通信的应用现状,针对目前智能变电站存在的网络通信实时性和可靠性的问题,提出一种基于IEC 62439—3并行冗余和高可靠无缝环网冗余协议的智能站一层网络实现方案,完成典型设备的研制及相关的试验验证与测试。试验证明,并行冗余和高可靠无缝环网冗余技术可满足电力系统保护装置对速动性和可靠性的要求,在智能变电站自动化系统内具有较好的实用性。最后分析总结并行冗余和高可靠无缝环网冗余技术对智能变电站建设带来的影响。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes and summarizes the application status of internal network communication in smart substation. Aiming at the problems of real-time and reliability of network communication existing in the smart substation, this paper puts forward an implementation scheme of smart station one layer network based on IEC 62439—3 parallel redundancy protocol and high-availability seamless redundancy, and completes the development of typical equipment and related test verification. The test results show that parallel redundancy protocol and high-availability seamless redundancy technology can meet the requirements of power system protection device for quick action and has good practicability in intelligent substation automation system. Finally, the impact of the implementation scheme on smart substation is analyzed from the aspects of network architecture.
