新型冷弯薄壁型钢组合龙骨轴压性能试验研究

【摘要】 为解决轻钢结构承载能力低、敲击空鼓、防火防腐等诸多问题,设计了一种新型中间支撑轻钢灌浆墙体,其龙骨截面形式为多肢组合截面.开展了竖龙骨和立柱龙骨的轴心受压试验,并进行了精细化有限元分析.结果表明,在轴心荷载作用下,竖龙骨和立柱龙骨主要发生整体弯曲屈曲破坏,且伴随有畸变屈曲现象,二者出现的先后顺序不同.立柱轴压承载力达到127 kN,可以作为墙体体系中的主要受力构件.ABAQUS有限元软件可以精确地模拟出冷弯薄壁型钢组合截面龙骨的极限承载力和破坏模式,模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好.通过调整长细比及有效截面面积,对现行规范中轴压构件承载力计算方法进行修正,得到了竖龙骨与立柱轴压承载力的合理计算方法.

【Abstract】 To solve the problems of low load-bearing capacity of light steel structures, knocking hollow drums, fire prevention and anticorrosion, a new type of intermediate support light steel grouting wall was designed, whose keel section form was a multi-limbed composite section. The axial compression tests and finite element analysis on the vertical keel and the column were carried out. The results show that under the axial loading, the vertical keel and the column keel are mainly caused by the overall bending and buckling failure, and accompanied by the distortion buckling phenomenon. The orders of the appearance of these two phenomenon are different. The axial compression bearing capacity of the column reaches 127 kN, making the column be used as the main stress components in the wall system. ABAQUS finite element software can accurately simulate the bearing capacity and failure mode of cold-formed thin-walled steel composite section keel, and the simulation results are in good agreement with the test ones. Through adjusting the slenderness ratio and the effective section area, the calculation method for the bearing capacity of the axial compression member in current codes is modified, and a reasonable calculation method for the axial compression bearing capacity of the vertical keel and the column is obtained.
