成果导向视角下“菜单式”个性人才培养模式研究

【摘要】 实施个性化教育是当今高校教育改革的一种趋势,也是培养创新人才的重要途径。笔者认为个性化教育要成为高校常态化人才培养模式,而非少数精英人才的专属。本文针对传统人才培养模式存在的问题,结合笔者所在学校的办学实践,设计了不同生源结构的课程修读路径,探索构建"菜单式"个性人才培养模式,以满足学生多元个性发展的诉求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The implementation of individualized education is not only a trend of higher education reform,but also an important way to cultivate innovative talents.The author thinks that personalized education should become the normal talent training mode of colleges and universities,rather than the exclusive choice of a few elite talents.In view of the problems existing in the traditional talent training mode,combined with the school running practice of the author’s school,this paper designs the curriculum path of different student source structure,and explores the construction of “menu style” personality talent training mode,so as to meet the demands of students’ diversified personality development.更多还原
