不同抗倒剂对水稻生长及产量的影响

【摘要】 以农业生产上常用的15%多效唑为对照,选择其他2种抗倒剂(5%抗倒酯水乳剂和3%调环酸钙水乳剂),分别以3种用量喷施,来探究这2种抗倒剂在不同用量下对水稻生长及产量的影响。结果表明:与常规对照相比,经5%抗倒酯和3%调环酸钙喷施处理后,水稻的叶绿素含量都低于对照,但5%抗倒酯和3%调环酸钙的喷施用量分别为40、60 g/667 m~2时,水稻的光合作用较强。喷施5%抗倒酯后,水稻的株高明显降低,且药剂对水稻的第1、2和4节间控制效果较明显,但对水稻的第3和5节间控制效果不明显。喷施5%抗倒酯后水稻的穗长变短,实粒数、结实率和千粒质量都处于较高水平,且产量排第一;而喷施3%调环酸钙后水稻的产量及其构成指标基本处于中等水平。综上,在5%抗倒酯水乳剂喷施用量为40 g/667 m~2时,能够保持水稻的光合作用,对水稻的第1、2和4节间控制效果较明显,从而以降低株高来增强抗倒性,对水稻的产量及其构成因素的提升效果较好。

【Abstract】 This study was aimed to investigate the effects of the plant growth regulators trinexapac-ethyl emulsion and 3% prohexadione calciumon rice growth and yield, which can enhance plant lodging resistance. In a field trial performed in 2020 in Yancheng, 5%trinexapac-ethyl emulsion or 3% prohexadione calcium was sprayed onto rice plants at three application rates, while 15%paclobutrazol,a common plant growth regulator applied to agricultural production, was used as the conventional control. The results showed that compared with the conventional control, treatments with trinexapac-ethyl and prohexadione calcium led to a lower chlorophyll content in rice; however, when 5% trinexapac-ethyl and 3% prohexadione calcium were applied at 40 and 60 g/667 m~2,respectively, the photosynthesis of rice was maintained at a higher level. Spray-application of 5% trinexapac-ethyl significantly reduced the plant height of rice, and its inhibiting effect on plant height was significant on the first, second, and fourth internodes of rice plants,but not on the third and fifth internodes. The treatment with 5% trinexapac-ethyl had shorter panicle length;but its filled grain number,seed setting rate, and 1 000-grain weight were all at a high level; and its yield ranked first. On the other hand, the treatment with 3%prohexadione calcium had a moderate level of rice yield and yield components. In summary, when 5% trinexapac-ethyl emulsion was spray-applied at the rate of 40 g/667 m~2, the photosynthesis of rice remained at a higher level; and its growth-inhibiting effect on the first, second, and fourth internodes of rice was significant, thereby reducing plant height to enhance lodging resistance. This has a significant effect of improving rice yield and yield components.
