【Abstract】 As the largest FTA in the world, the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP) promotes cross-border investment facilitation in many ways. Investment Facilitation Provisions directly advance cross-border investment facilitation through innovative mechanisms and provide a model for broader negotiations. Trade Facilitation Provisions and unified rules of origin are helpful to the decision-making of investment layout and indirectly to the promotion of investment facilitation. The Movement of Natural Persons Clause removes important barriers to investment.RCEP will boost international demand for the Renminbi, create a new financial environment for cross-border investment,and promote investment facilitation. RCEP will also force member countries to reform their domestic systems and upgrade their software and hardware to comply with investment facilitation.更多还原
