【Abstract】 Dimethylaminomicheliolide(DMAMCL, i.e., ACT001) is a chemotherapeutic drug synthesized by dimethylamino Michael addition reaction of micheliolide(MCL), and it has good sustained release effect and high oral bioavailability. Studies have shown that DMAMCL has a variety of bio-pharmacological activities, including anti-tumor, neuroprotection and anti-inflammation. Therefore, DMAMCL has great clinical application value. This paper reviews the pharmacological action of DMAMCL, aiming to provide scientific basis for its further development and utilization.更多还原
