【摘要】 近年来共享住宿在我国城市迅速发展,是推动城旅融合的重要驱动力。该文以北京市为例,利用爱彼迎等开源平台共享住宿相关数据,应用ArcGIS技术、地理探测器方法与空间扩散理论,分析2018-2020年北京市共享住宿业空间分布的变化特征、影响因素及扩散模式。结果表明:1)北京市共享住宿业空间分布不均衡,呈现以中心城区为核心的"核心—边缘"结构特征,分布范围、集聚程度逐渐扩大,向心力增强,东北—西南分布方向性明显;2)共享住宿业空间分布的影响因素依次为餐饮、居民小区、科教文化、交通运输、体育休闲和景点,餐饮是主要影响因素;3)共享住宿业的空间扩散以等级扩散为主、传染扩散为辅,在次级城市功能区和景区扩散明显。研究结果可为未来共享住宿业的科学发展提供理论与现实指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, shared accommodation has developed rapidly in Chinese cities, which is an important driving force to promote the integration of urban tourism. Taking Beijing as an example, this paper uses Airbnb and other open source platforms to obtain relevant data of shared accommodation, and applies ArcGIS technology, geographical detector method and spatial diffusion theory to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of shared accommodation industry in Beijing from 2018 to 2020, factors affecting the distribution of shared accommodation, and the spatial and temporal distribution pattern of shared accommodation. It is found as follows.1)The spatial distribution of the shared accommodation industry in Beijing is unbalanced, showing a "core-edge" spatial structure with the central urban area as the core. The distribution scope of shared accommodation industry in Beijing has expanded, the degree of aggregation has increased, the centripetal force has enhanced, and the distribution direction from northeast to southwest is obvious.2)The influencing factors of the spatial distribution of shared accommodation are catering, residential area, science, education and culture, transportation, sports and leisure and scenic spots, and catering is the main influencing factor.3)The spatial diffusion of shared accommodation industry is mainly grade diffusion and is supplemented by contagion diffusion, which is obvious in the secondary urban functional areas and scenic spots.
