大功率三电平变流器有限控制集开关频率预测控制
Predictive Control of Switching Frequency of High-power Three-level Converter With Finite Control Set
【摘要】 针对现有大功率变流器缺少主动式开关频率灵活控制方式来实现热管理的问题,提出一种有限控制集开关频率控制方法。建立中点箝位(NPC)三电平脉宽调制(PWM)整流器有限控制集预测模型,引入固定滑窗开关频率统计方法;在有限控制集预测控制基础上添加固定滑窗时间内开开关频率优化项,建立统一多目标价值函数,选择最小化价值函数的电压矢量。基于2 MW三电平变流器样机进行实验验证,表明该方法性能良好。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that the existing high-power converter lacks an active switching frequency flexible control method to achieve thermal management,a switching frequency control method with a finite control set is proposed.Firstly,establish the neutral point clamping(NPC) three-level pulse width modulation(PWM) rectifier finite control set prediction model,and introduce the fixed sliding window switching frequency statistical method.Then,on the basis of the traditional finite control set predictive control,add the switching frequency optimization item within the sliding fixed window time to establish a unified multi-objective value function,select the voltage vector that minimizes the value function.Finally,experimental verification is carried out based on a 2 MW three-level converter prototype,and the results show that the proposed method performs well.
