隔离式双向DC/DC变换器多重移相软开关研究

【摘要】 双有源桥(DAB)隔离式双向DC/DC变换器(IBDC)具有能量双向流动和高频化隔离的特点,可以实现不同等级的电压、电流和功率匹配,是多能源系统互联的关键环节。三重移相(TPS)控制方法不仅包括初级桥和次级桥之间的移相,同时还包括初级桥和次级桥的各自独立的内移相,因此控制方法灵活,但是需要确定的参数众多,系统复杂。此处主要对IBDC TPS的软开关特性和电流有效值特性进行研究,并对其系统特性进行优化,使得变换器在实现全负载软开关范围的基础上电流有效值最小,系统的整体效率最高。

【Abstract】 Dual active bridge(DAB) isolated bidirectional DC/DC converters(IBDC) with the two-way power flow and high frequency isolation,and can realize matching of the different voltage,current and power are the critical units to connect the different power.The triple phase shift(TPS) controls include not only the phase shift between the primary bridge and second bridge,but also the inner phase shift of the two bridges respectively, so the triple phase control is flexible and complicated as well because of numerous parameters.The soft switching characteristics of TPS and current effective value characteristics of IBDC are mainly researched,and optimizes the system characteristics,so converter can minimize effective current value based on the full load soft switching,and overall efficiency of system is highest.
