基于耦合电感并联逆变器的PMSM矢量控制

【摘要】 当两个或多个逆变器并联运行时,由于功率器件、杂散电感、冷却条件等条件不同,负载电流不能平均分配到各逆变器且逆变器间会产生环流。针对上述问题,提出通过耦合电感将逆变器并联,使用统一调制波并且对载波移相提出合理的移相策略。分析表明均流电感耦合可减小体积重量,使组合逆变器可输出中间电平;载波移相使两逆变器交错工作,在不提高器件开关频率的前提下提高了输出的斩波频率,可有效改善电机的电流波形;以统一调制波与载波进行运算发波,保证不同逆变器输出电压相等,有效消除逆变器间的环流。搭建了基于耦合电感的载波移相电机驱动器实验平台,证明了上述策略的可行性与有效性。

【Abstract】 When the inverters run in parallel,due to the difference of devices,circuits and cooling conditions,the current can not be equally distributed to the inverters and circulating current will be generated between the inverters.In order to solve the above problems,a reasonable phase-shifted strategy is proposed which uses a unified modulation wave and carrier-wave phase-shifted through a coupled inductor to parallel the inverters.The analysis shows that the current sharing inductance coupling can reduce the volume weight and make the combined inverters output the intermediate level.The carrier-wave phase-shifted can make the two inverters interlace and increase the output chopper frequency without increasing the switching frequency of the devices which can effectively improve the current waveform of the motor.The unified modulation wave and carrier-wave are used to generate wave signals which ensures that the output voltage of different inverters is equal and effectively eliminates the circulating current between inverters.The carrier-wave phase-shifted motor driver experimental platform based on coupled inductor is built which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the above strategy.
