基于WMPCA的CVT计量误差评估方法

【摘要】 传统CVT计量误差评估方法具有一定的局限性,提出一种基于WMPCA的自适应误差评估方法。该方法采用移动窗原理和PCA方法实现计量误差Q统计阈值的更新,对比传统PCA和WMPCA的评估效果。研究表明,在长时间观测中,WMPCA方法比传统主成分方法更适用于评估长期运行的CVT,评估精确度更高;WMPCA方法适用于频繁变化的极端温度环境。本文方法可为长期运行的0.2级CVT计量误差评估提供一定的参考。

【Abstract】 The traditional metering error assessment method of CVT has some limitations. In this paper,a kind of adaptive error assessment method based on WMPCA is proposed. This method adopts the moving window principle and PCA method to achieve the update of the statistical threshold of metering error Q and to compare the assessment results of traditional PCA and WMPCA. It is shown by the study that in the longterm observation,WMPCA method is,compared to the traditional principal method,more applicable to assess CVT in long term operation and the assessment accuracy is higher. The WMPCA method is applicable for the extreme temperature environment with frequent variation. The method in this paper can provide some reference for the metering error assessment of 0.2 CVT in long-term operation.
