【摘要】 急性痛风性关节炎为临床高发疾病,严重影响患者生活,西药治疗往往有不良反应,且易反复发作。中医运用辨证论治,结合多种治疗手段,包括针灸、中药外治、内服及中医综合治疗等,主要起到活血化瘀止痛、疏通经络的作用,从而有效减轻患者的症状、体征,且不良反应较少。热敏灸是一种安全、简便的绿色疗法,导师邱东升主任将热敏灸疗法广泛运用于临床,疗效显著。本案运用热敏灸疗法治疗1例急性痛风发作患者,操作简单,有效减轻红肿热痛症状,且无毒副反应,为临床治疗急性痛风发作提供新途径、新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acute gouty arthritis( AGA) is a clinical disease with high incidence,which seriously affects the life of patients. Western medicine treatment often has side effects,and is easy to recurrent. Traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) treatment based on syndrome differentiation and combines a variety of treatment methods,including acupuncture and moxibustion,external and internal treatment of TCM,comprehensive treatment of TCM,which plays the role of promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,relieving pain and dredging the channels and collaterals,thus effectively alleviating the symptoms and signs of the patients and with less side effects. Heat-sensitine moxibustion is a safe and simple " green therapy". Professor Qiu Dongsheng has widely applied heat-sensitine moxibustion therapy in clinical practice,and achieved good curative effect. In this case,heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy was used to treat a patient with acute gout. The therapeutic method is simple,and it can effectively reduce the symptoms of redness,swelling,heat and pain,and has no side effects,which provides new ways and ideas for the clinical treatment of acute gout.更多还原
