压气缸压气不足SF6断路器开断电流后气体分解产物特性研究
Study on characteristics of gas decomposition product after breaking current of SF6 circuit breaker under pressure insufficient condition of pressure cylinder
【摘要】 本文通过建模仿真模拟了压气不足缺陷下压气缸内气压的变化,并与压气缸正常情况下进行了对比,确定了压气不足缺陷的设置方法;以40.5 kV SF6断路器为试品,设置了断路器压气缸压气不足缺陷,在电流开断后对气体分解产物特性进行实验研究,将实验结果与正常情况下进行对比。研究结果表明:在压气不足进行开断时,气缸内外气压差下降为原有的42%;在压气缸压气不足下,检测到分解产物有CO、CO2、CS2、SO2、SOF2,分解产物含量随着燃弧能量的增加而增加,分解产物CO2、CS2、SO2、SOF2在1.5 h左右达到最大值,在6 h时基本达到稳定值,CO含量在达到最大值后变化基本不大,压气不足时检测到的CO、SO2含量比压气缸正常时的含量低,以上可为SF6电气设备的状态评估和故障诊断提供指导。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the change of the pressure in the cylinder under the deficiency of gas insufficiency is simulated and compared with the case of the normal pressure cylinder,and the setting method of gas pressure insufficiency fault is determined. With 40. 5 kV SF6 circuit breaker as the test sample,circuit breaker pressure cylinder insufficiency deficiency was set. After breaking the current,gas decomposition product characteristics were studied in the experiment. The experimental results were compared with the normal case. The results show that when gas pressure is insufficient,the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the gas cylinder drops to 42% of the original value. Under the condition of insufficient gas pressure in the gas cylinder,the decomposition products include CO,CO2,CS2,SO2,SOF2,and decomposition products increased with the increase of arc energy. The decomposition products CO2,CS2,SO2 and SOF2 reached the maximum at 1. 5 h and reached a steady value at 6 h. After reaching the maximum value,the CO content rarely changes. The CO,SO2 content detected when the pressure is insufficient is lower than that when the pressure cylinder is normal. The results provide guidance for the state evaluation and fault diagnosis of the SF6 electrical equipment.
