【摘要】 股骨粗隆下骨折属于常见的股骨转子间骨折,多发于老年人,且多为不稳定性骨折。股骨粗隆下骨折临床治疗方法包括保守治疗及手术治疗,但因老年患者机体耐受力较低,无法接受手术治疗,需采用保守治疗措施,治疗时间较长,患者需长时间卧床休息,并发症较多,因此,股骨粗隆下骨折临床治疗方法受到广泛关注。本文通过分析患者骨折分型,探讨临床手术治疗方法,研究改良PFNA术临床应用效果,为临床提供新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Femoral subtrochanteric fracture is a common femoral intertrochanteric fracture, which mostly occurs in the elderly and is mostly unstable. The clinical treatment of femoral subtrochanteric fracture includes conservative treatment and surgical treatment. However, due to the low tolerance of elderly patients and unable to accept surgical treatment, conservative treatment measures need to be adopted. The treatment time is long, patients need to stay in bed for a long time, and there are many complications. Therefore, the clinical treatment of femoral subtrochanteric fracture has attracted extensive attention. By analyzing the fracture classification of patients, this paper discussed the clinical surgical treatment, and studied the clinical application effect of improved PFNA, so as to provide new ideas for clinical practice.更多还原
