【摘要】 目的探究中药外敷配合金天格胶囊内服治疗下肢骨折的临床效果。方法随机选取2017年3月至2020年3月本院收治的68例下肢骨折患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受常规治疗(石膏外固定技术),按照治疗性质随机分为两组,每组34例。对照组在常规治疗基础上辅以金天格胶囊内服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅以中药外敷治疗。比较两组临床疗效、骨代谢水平、病情恢复状况和生活质量。结果用药后,观察组治疗总有效率为97.06%,高于对照组的82.35%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间、肿胀消失时间、压痛消失时间、纵向叩击痛消失时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨代谢相关指标(ALP、OPG、DPD)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月期间,观察组GQOLI-74总评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对下肢骨折患者辅以中药外敷配合金天格胶囊内服治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with internal administration of Jintiange capsule in the treatment of lower limb fracture. Methods A total of 68 patients with lower limb fracture admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were randomly selected as the research subjects. All patients received conventional treatment(plaster external fixation technique), and they were divided into two groups according to the nature of treatment, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was supplemented with internal administration of Jintiange capsule on the basis of conventional treatment, and the observation group was supplemented with external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy, bone metabolism level, disease recovery status and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 97.06%,which was higher than 82.35% of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The fracture healing time, swelling disappearance time, tenderness disappearance time and longitudinal percussion pain disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The improvement degree of bone metabolisation-related indexes(ALP,OPG, DPD) in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). During the 3-month follow-up, the total GQOLI-74 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with lower limb fracture, the external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with internal administration of Jintiange capsule has significant effects and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
