【摘要】 目的探究血管紧张素受体脑啡肽酶抑制剂沙库巴曲/缬沙坦治疗伴有射血分数降低的心力衰竭的效果。方法选取本院2018年11月至2019年12月收治的64例伴有射血分数降低的心力衰竭患者,按照入院顺序尾数的单双数分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予沙库巴曲/缬沙坦治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组LVEF、LVES均高于治疗前,LVDD低于治疗前,且治疗组LVEF、LVES均高于对照组,LVDD低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组c Tnl、醛固酮、NTproBNP均低于治疗前,且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血管紧张素受体脑啡肽酶抑制剂沙库巴曲/缬沙坦治疗伴有射血分数降低的心力衰竭的效果显著,值得临床推广运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of angiotensin receptor-enkekeinase inhibitor shakobactrel/valsartan in the treatment of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction. Methods A total of 64 patients with heart failure with decreased ejection fraction admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to single and even numbers of mansdays in the order of admission, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the treatment group was given shakobactrel/valsartan treatment on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the LVEF and LVES in the two groups were higher than before treatment, LVDD was lower than before treatment, and LVEF and LVES in the treatment group were higher than the control group, LVDD was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, cTnl, aldosterone, NT-proBNP in the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The angiotensin-receptor enkephalin inhibitor shakobactrel/valsartan is effective in the treatment of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction, and is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
