脂联素及其受体在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及预后评估价值研究
Expression of adiponectin and its receptor in non-small cell lung cancer tissues and its prognostic value
【摘要】 目的探讨脂联素(APN)及其受体在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及预后评估价值。方法选取本院2013年3月至2014年10月收治的NSCLC患者40例,其中将手术切除的肺癌组织作为实验组,手术切除的癌旁正常肺组织作为对照组。采用免疫组化方法检测NSCLC组织及癌旁正常肺组织中APN、AdipoR1和AdipoR2表达,分析APN及其受体表达评分,并分析与NSCLC的关系。结果实验组APN、AdipoR1、AdipoR2表达评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);线性回归分析显示,APN、AdipoR1、AdipoR2表达与NSCLC相关。结论 APN及其受体在NSCLC组织中低表达,为NSCLC的早期诊断、治疗及预后评估提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and prognostic value of adiponectin(APN) and its receptor in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) tissues. Methods 40 patients with NSCLC who were received from March 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected, the lung cancer tissue was the experimental group, and the normal lung tissue beside the cancer was the normal control group. Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expression of APN, AdipoR1 and AdipoR2 in NSCLC tissues and adjacent normal lung tissues. The expression scores of APN and its receptors were analyzed, and the relationship with NSCLC was analyzed. Results The expression scores of APN, AdipoR1, and AdipoR2 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Linear regression analysis showed that the expressions of APN, AdipoR1 and AdipoR2 were related to NSCLC. Conclusion The low expression of APN and its receptors in NSCLC tissues can provide a reference for the early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation of NSCLC.
