【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical significance of minimally invasive joint technology in the treatment of genicular and articular trauma, and to evaluate the impact of this operation on the incidence of complications. Methods 80 patients with knee joint bone trauma admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional open reduction and internal fixation, and the observation group received arthroscopy-assisted microsurgery. The perioperative indicators, clinical efficacy, incidence of complications and IL-6 and IL-8 levels were compared between the two groups. Results The good rate of knee joint function in the observation group was 95.0%, which was higher than 80.0% in the control group(P<0.05). The incision length, operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%, which was higher than77.5% in the control group(P<0.05). The complication rate in observation group was 5.0%, which was lower than 20.0% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive arthroscopy is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms and enhance the function of knee joint in patients with knee joint trauma, and less complications, it is worthy of clinical application.
