【摘要】 目的探究参芪扶正注射液在慢性心力衰竭患者治疗中的临床应用效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年4月本院收治的98例慢性心力衰竭患者,根据就诊前后顺序分为对照组与观察组,每组49例。对照组予以常规基础治疗(如吸氧、利尿、扩管、营养支持等),观察组在对照组基础上予以参芪扶正注射液治疗。比较两组临床疗效、心功能、BNP水平。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(91.8%)显著高于对照组(65.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者LVEF、SV、CI、CO等心功能指标比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组患者LVEF、SV、CI、CO等心功能指标均优于治疗前,且观察组均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组BNP水平均低于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者予以参芪扶正注射液治疗,疗效显著,可有效改善心功能,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The explore the clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure patients. Methods 98 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the different treatment, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine basic treatment, and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on the base of the control group. The therapeutic effect, cardiac function, the level of BNP between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group(91.8%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(65.3%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in LVEF, SV, CI, CO and other cardiac function indexes between two groups. After treatment, LVEF, SV, CI, CO and other cardiac function indexes in two groups were better than before, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, BNP level in observation group was lower than before treatment and control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with chronic heart failure were treated with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection, which has good effect and can effectively improve cardiac function, and it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
