【摘要】 目的分析奥扎格雷+依达拉奉+丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床疗效。方法选取本院2017年5月至2020年5月收治的104例ACI患者,随机分为两组,各52例。参照组患者采用奥扎格雷+依达拉奉治疗,实验组患者采用奥扎格雷+依达拉奉+丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗,比较两组NIHSS评分、ADL评分、临床疗效、血清炎症因子指标、不良反应发生率。结果治疗2周后,实验组NIHSS评分、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α因子均显著低于参照组,实验组ADL评分显著高于参照组,实验组治疗总有效率(96.15%)显著高于参照组(73.08%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率(7.69%)与参照组(5.77%)比较差异无统计学意义。结论奥扎格雷+依达拉奉+丁苯酞氯化钠注射液可有效减轻ACI患者神经功能受损程度,提高生活能力,降低血清炎症反应,且不良反应较少,值得借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of ozagrel+edaravone+butylphthalide sodium chloride injection in the treatment of ACI(acute cerebral infarction). Methods A total of 104 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2020 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups, with 52 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with ozagrel+edaravone, and the experimental group was treated with ozagrel+edaravone+butylphthalide sodium chloride injection. The NIHSS score, ADL score, clinical efficacy, serum inflammatory factor indicators and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the NIHSS score, hsCRP, IL-6, and TNF-α factors in experimental group were significantly lower than those of the reference group, and ADL score in experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group. The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 96.15%, which was significantly higher than 73.08% in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group(7.69%) and the reference group(5.77%). Conclusion Ozagrel+edaravone+butylphthalide sodium chloride injection can effectively reduce the neurological impairment in patients with ACI, improve living ability, reduce serum inflammation, and have fewer adverse reactions, which is worth learning.更多还原
