【摘要】 目的探讨幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)相关性胃溃疡采取艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗的临床治疗效果。方法选取2018年11月至2019年11月本院接诊的88例Hp相关性胃溃疡患者,随机分为对照组(n=44)和实验组(n=44)。对照组采用奥美拉唑实施Hp四联疗法,实验组采用艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片进行Hp四联疗法。比较两组治疗总有效率、相关症状积分、不良反应及Hp清除率。结果治疗后实验组总效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组症状积分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗2周及8周后,实验组症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组恶心、头痛、腹泻等不良反应总发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。实验组Hp清除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡采取艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片效果显著,可有效改善胃溃疡症状,对Hp清除效果更佳,同时,能显著控制用药后不良反应,安全性较高,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets for Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-related gastric ulcer. Methods 88 patients with Hp-related gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=44) and experimental group(n=44). The control group was treated with omeprazole for Hp quadruple therapy, while the experimental group was given esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets for Hp quadruple therapy. The total effective rate, related symptom scores, adverse reactions and Hp clearance rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficiency of the experimental group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups; after 2 and 8 weeks of treatment, the symptom scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea, headache and diarrhea in the experimental group was slightly lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant. The Hp clearance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of taking esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets for Helicobacter pylori-related gastric ulcers is satisfactory. It can effectively improve the symptoms of gastric ulcers and has better Hp clearance effect. At the same time, it can significantly control adverse reactions after medication, and safety is high, worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
