对比肾骨胶囊与益肾壮骨合剂治疗老年骨质疏松患者的有效机制

【摘要】 目的探究肾骨胶囊与益肾壮骨合剂在老年骨质疏松治疗中的有效机制。方法选取2018年1月至2019年11月本院老年病科收治的90例骨质疏松患者作为研究对象,采用模拟随机抽签方式分为两组,每组45例。对照组予以肾骨胶囊治疗,观察组予以益肾壮骨合剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后骨密度。结果观察组总有效率为97.67%,明显高于对照组的62.22%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组尺骨及桡骨骨密度比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组骨密度相关指标均不同幅度上升,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾骨胶囊、益肾壮骨合剂治疗老年骨质疏松有良好疗效,相比肾骨胶囊,益肾壮骨合剂临床表现更佳。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effective mechanism of Shengu capsule and Yishen Zhuanggu mixture in the treatment of senile osteoporosis. Methods 90 patients with osteoporosis who were admitted to the Department of Geriatrics of our hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into two groups by means of simulated random drawing, with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shengu capsule, and the observation group was treated with Yishen Zhuanggu mixture. Compared the treatment effect and bone mineral density before and after treatment between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was97.67%, which was significantly higher than 62.22% of the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in bone mineral density between the two groups of ulna and radius; after treatment, the bone mineral density related indexes of the two groups increased in different ranges, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Shengu capsule and Yishen Zhuanggu mixture have good guidance in the treatment of elderly osteoporosis. Compared with Shengu capsule, Yishen Zhuanggu mixture has better clinical performance.
