【摘要】 目的探究应用小夹板外固定治疗小儿骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月本院收治的骨折患儿71例作为研究对象,采用抛硬币法分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=35)。对照组行骨折常规手术治疗,观察组应用小夹板外固定治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组住院时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,观察组VAS评分为(2.24±0.87)分,低于对照组的(5.16±2.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿骨折应用小夹板外固定的治疗效果显著,能有效缩短患儿住院时间及骨折愈合时间,且降低患儿疼痛程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of small splint external fixation in the treatment of fractures in children. Methods 71 children with fractures admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as study subjects, they were divided into observation group(n=36) and control group(n=35) by coin toss method. The control group underwent conventional surgical treatment of fractures, and the observation group was treated with small splint external fixation, compare the therapeutic effects between the two groups. Results The length of hospitalization and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05); after 1 month of treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was(2.24±0.87) scores, which was lower than that of the control group(5.16±2.05) scores, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of pediatric fractures with small splint external fixation is effective, which can effectively shorten the hospitalization time and fracture healing time, and reduce the pain level of children.更多还原
