【摘要】 目的探讨宣肺通络平喘汤联合盐酸班布特罗治疗小儿哮喘的有效性及对小儿肺功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月本院收治的60例哮喘患儿,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予盐酸班布特罗治疗,研究组给予宣肺通络平喘汤联合盐酸班布特罗治疗。比较中西联合治疗的疗效及对患儿肺功能的影响。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率为96.7%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿治疗后3、5、7 d中医症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿PEF高于对照组(P<0.05),两组FEV1水平比较差异无统计学意义。结论小儿哮喘可根据患儿不同类型应用宣肺通络平喘汤联合盐酸班布特罗进行中西联合治疗,临床效果显著高于单纯西医治疗,能有效改善患儿的肺功能、体征及临床症状,治疗患儿哮喘效果显著,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xuanfei Tongluo Pingchuan decoction combined with bambuterol hydrochloride in the treatment of pediatric asthma and the effect of pediatric lung function. Methods 60 children with asthma admitted from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with bambuterol hydrochloride, and the study group was treated with bambuterol hydrochloride combined with Xuanfei Tongluo Pingchuan decoction. The effect of Chinese and western combined therapy on lung function in children were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the study group was 96.7%, higher than the70.0% of control group(P<0.05), the TCM symptom score of the children in the study group was lower than that in the control group at 3, 5, 7 days after treatment(P<0.05). PEF in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), there was no statistically significant difference in FEV1 levels between the two groups. Conclusion Children with asthma can be treated with combination of Chinese and Western medicine by using Xuanfei Tongluo Pingchuan decoction combined with bambuterol hydrochloride according to different types of children. The clinical effect is significantly higher than that of pure western medicine, which can effectively improve the lung function, signs and clinical symptoms of children with asthma.更多还原
