【摘要】 高校应在国家碳达峰碳中和目标实现过程中发挥示范引领作用,应尽快全面制定并坚定实施积极的碳中和规划,率先实现碳中和。总结国际高校碳中和规划的优点,结合中国地质大学(武汉)编制碳中和规划的经验,本文从三方面分析了我国高校率先推动校园碳中和建设的意义,构建了包括雄心、清单、时间表、项目、教育、研究、抵消和管理等八项内容的高校碳中和规划架构,提出了推进校园碳中和行动的四点政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher education institutions should play a leading role in peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality. Positive carbon neutrality plans should be formulated and implemented as soon as possible.By summarizing the advantages of carbon neutrality plan in international universities and with the experience of China University of Geosciences in preparing its carbon neutrality plan, this paper analyzes the significance of the leading role of China’s colleges and universities in achieving carbon neutrality from three aspects, proposes a framework of carbon neutrality plan and four policy suggestions to achieve it in colleges and universities.更多还原
