【摘要】 笔者对昌平区某犬场2017-2020年狂犬病免疫抗体水平进行了追踪研究。利用ELISA方法测定狂犬病免疫抗体合格率。结果表明,该场2017年上半年合格率50.00%;下半年抗体合格率达到98.33%。2018年上半年检测结果合格率53.33%;下半年检测结果合格率76.00%。2019年上半年检测结果合格率为98.00%;下半年检测结果合格率80.00%。2020年检测结果合格率为94.00%。以上结果说明该犬场4年内狂犬病免疫抗体水平有增长,2018年后,狂犬病免疫抗体监测结果达标。更多还原

【Abstract】 A follow-up study on the level of rabies immune antibodies in a dog farm in Changping District over the past four years is conducted. ELISA method is used to determine the qualified rate of rabies immune antibodies from 2017 to 2020. The results shows that the qualified antibody rate in the first half of 2017 is 50.00%, and the qualified antibody rate reaches 98.33% in the second half of 2017; the qualified antibody rate of test results in the first half of 2018 is 53.33%, and it reaches 76% in the second half of 2018; the qualified antibody rate of test results in the first half of 2019 is 98%, and it is 80.00% in the second half of 2019; the qualified antibody rate of test results in 2020 is 94%. Conclusion: The rabies immune antibody level has increased in four years in this dog farm. After 2018, the rabies immune antibody monitoring result has reached the standard.更多还原
