聚二硫二丙烷磺酸钠对高抗拉锂电铜箔性能的影响

【摘要】 采用自制电解铜箔实验装置制备高抗拉锂电铜箔,研究了聚二硫二丙烷磺酸钠(SPS)含量对锂电铜箔各项性能的影响。结果发现,随着SPS质量浓度增加,锂电铜箔光泽增加,粗糙度和抗拉强度降低,表面形貌变得更加平整。

【Abstract】 High tensile strength copper foils for Li-ion battery were prepared using a homemade device. The effect of mass concentration of bis-(sodium sulfopropyl)-disulfide(SPS) on properties of copper foil was studied. It was found that as the mass concentration of SPS was increased, the gloss of copper foil was increased, its roughness and tensile strength were decreased, and its surface morphology became smoother.
