建筑门窗五金表面镀锌铁合金的失效分析
Analysis on failure of Zn–Fe alloy coating on door and window hardware
【摘要】 通过金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射等表征以及现场调研,对某企业生产的电镀锌铁合金建筑门窗五金件进行了失效原因分析。指出了日常镀液维护应注意的问题,并提出在电镀钝化完成后用苯并三氮唑进行封闭来降低镀层孔隙率,提高其耐蚀性。
【Abstract】 The causes of failure of Zn–Fe alloy coatings electroplated on the hardware of doors and windows in a plant were analyzed by using metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer and based on the investigation of production line. Some items needing attention during routine bath maintenance were described. It is proposed to seal the electroplated coatings with benzotriazole after passivation to reduce the porosity of coatings and improve their corrosion resistance.
