【摘要】 介绍并丝机改造为家纺包覆绳机的改造方案。改造并丝机的加捻机构,将加捻锭子更换为包覆锭子,实现了包覆绳的包覆加工;改造并丝机的引导机构,改变原有轮系传动比及牵引辊直径与形状,实现了包覆绳包覆加工的牵引及卷绕要求。对包覆锭速与包覆绳牵引速度的技术分析可知,改造后的包覆绳机可以满足包覆绳加工的技术要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The transformation scheme of the yarn drawing machine to home spinning rope coating machine was introduced. The twisting mechanism of the drawing machine was modified,and the twisting spindle was replaced by the coated spindle to realize the coated processing of the coated rope. The guiding mechanism of the drawing machine was reformed,and the transmission ratio of the original gear train and the diameter and shape of the traction roller were changed,so as to realize the traction and winding requirements of the coated rope. The technical analysis of the coated spindle speed and the coated rope traction speed shows that the modified coated rope machine can meet the technical requirements of the coated rope processing.更多还原
