基于阻性分量提取法的动态接地方式

【摘要】 从原理上分析了消弧线圈并电阻接地方式,并采用MATLAB软件进行仿真,得到消弧线圈并小电阻接地方式仅能处理过渡电阻为125Ω的接地故障;消弧线圈并中电阻接地方式在对称电网中的接地电阻识别能力可达2 000Ω,但在电网极不对称的情况下最多能识别800Ω的接地电阻。在此基础上,提出了基于阻性分量提取法的动态接地方式,它通过突变量启动法触发选线装置,运用阻性分量提取法判定故障线路,在高阻接地故障下仍能准确选线。漯河10 kV真型试验场进行的试验表明,动态接地方式能可靠处理3 500Ω的高阻接地故障,这为提高消弧线圈接地方式下选线准确率提供了指导意义。

【Abstract】 The method of arc-suppression coil paralleled resistance is analyzed in principle and simulated by MATLAB. It is obtained that arc-suppression coil grounding with small resistance can only dealt with the grounding fault whose transition resistance is less than 125 Ω. The grounding resistance recognition ability of arc-suppression coil paralleled medium resistance grounding mode in symmetrical power grid can reach 2 000 Ω,while in the case of extremely asymmetrical power grid,it can recognize 800 Ωat most. On this basis,a dynamic grounding method based on the resistance component extraction is proposed. It triggers the line selection device by the fault component,uses the resistance component extraction method to determine the fault line,and can still accurately select the line under a high resistance grounding fault. The test conducted at Luohe 10 kV real test site shows that the dynamic grounding method can reliably handle 3 500 Ω high resistance grounding fault,which provides guidance for improving the accuracy of fault line selection under arc-suppression coil grounding mode.
