【摘要】 在铅酸蓄电池板栅的铸板过程中通常会使用一种皂化油,它是一种在金属加工工艺过程中所使用的润滑冷却材料。为验证它对生产及电池性能是否有不利影响,本文从铸板到电池测试等一系列生产及测试过程进行跟踪实验,并设置了空白实验作为对分析。结果表明,用皂化油的板栅、极板在外观上都较差,板栅腐蚀程度较深。装配的电池在化成过程中温度和电压略有差异,在测试尤其是循环测试过程中较早地呈现出单只落后的现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 A saponified oil is usually used in the process of casting the grid of lead-acid batteries,which is a lubricating and cooling material used in the metal processing process.To verify whether it harms production and battery performance,a series of production and testing processes from casting plate to battery testing are followed up in this paper,and a blank experiment is set up as a pair of analyses.The results show that the grids and plates made with saponified oil are poor in appearance,and the grids are corroded more deeply.The temperature and voltage of the assembled battery are slightly different during the formation process,and the phenomenon of single lagging is shown earlier in the test,especially the cycle test.更多还原
