基于光纤光栅技术的电池模组温度场监测
Monitoring the Temperature Field of the Battery Module based on Fiber Bragg Grating Sensors Technology
【摘要】 针对储能用锂电池系统成组数量多、温度场复杂所带来的电池安全管理困难的问题,本文介绍一种基于光纤光栅传感技术的大型储能用电池模组温度监测系统设计方案。通过对裸光纤串进行附加玻璃纤维管的加强封装,实现了在对裸纤进行保护的同时,避免了电池温充放电过程中的微应变对温度测量的影响。经充放电测试实验表明,该方案可实时高精度采集储能系统内电池模组的温度场状态,有效提升整个储能系统的安全性能及运行效率。
【Abstract】 The management of energy storage is difficult due to the large numbers and complex temperature field of the battery modules.Monitoring the temperature field of the battery module of the large-scale energy storage based on Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)sensors technology is proposed in this paper.By encapsulation of the bare fiber string with two glass fiber tubes,it is possible to protect the bare fiber,and,meanwhile,the influence of the micro-strain generated during the battery charging and discharging can be avoided.The charge and discharge test experiments show that the scheme proposed in this paper can be used to monitor the temperature field of the battery modules of the energy storage system with high precision in real-time and can effectively improve the safety performance and operating efficiency of the whole system.
